DRUGSTORE HAUL

I recently had the overwhelming urge to go on a complete shopping binge. As a recent graduate, I do not have a ton of extra money to spare. So I knew better then to go to the mall and be tempted by Sephora. But I did need to pick-up some new beauty products. I noticed that Shoppers Drug Mart had a ton of really good deals on last week, so I headed there to see what I could find.  I found quite a bit and so I thought, what a perfect opportunity to a bit of a haul post. A lot of these products I have not tried before, but I wanted to save a few dollars and most of them were on sale. Check them out below and if you have used any, comment!

LIP THERAPY

With the winter season in full effect, I find my lips in need of some major therapy. For a long time I have been fully committed to my eos lip balm, specifically the vanilla mint. But, over time I have come to realize that although these products prevent chapped lips, they don’t help nourish and moisturize as much as I would like. I still find my lips relatively scaly and dry during the cold winter months.

Enter C.O. Bigelow; I started using their Rose Salve after hearing a lot of great things about it on other beauty blogs. Not the biggest fan of the scent, I switched over a lip trio that I was gifted. I am absolutely hooked on these three C.O. Bigelow products, my lips have never been more nourished and smooth. Check them out below!

CLINIQUE GIFT SET...

I have just recently turned to using Clinique makeup and I absolutely love it. I have been slowly revamping my makeup collection which can be pricey, but it's worth it. Although these products can be expensive, the quality is undeniable. Using more high-end products has improved my complexion and refine my overall look.

On a recent trip to purchase a few more pieces, I was awarded with a Clinique Gift Set. I love gift sets and it is completely worth it to purchase products when these "specials" are running. Check out some of the products included in this gift set below!

CLINIQUE REPAIRWEAR
A nighttime sculpting cream-gel. This gel is so smooth and feels amazing upon application. Waking up in the morning, my face feels moisturized and refreshed.

CLINIQUE EYESHADOW DUO
This is a smokey eye eyeshadow duo. I love these two colours and they are matched very well. I have yet to experiment too much with this eyeshadow. I have used it on a couple of occasions and what I can say is that it is long lasting and keeps really nicely.

CLINIQUE LONG LAST GLOSSWEAR
I am not a huge fan of lip glosses due to their stickiness. But I have to say, I quite enjoy this particular lip gloss. It isn't overly sticky, it is long lasting and its a neutral colour good for any look.

CLINIQUE DRAMATICALLTY DIFFERENT MOISTURIZING LOTION
After a long and hard winter my skin has been incredibly dry, especially my face. This is something that I haven't really encountered before. So I was very happy to discover this product in my gift set. I use this lotion in the morning after washing my face and it has already improved the moisture of my skin.

CLINIQUE RINSE-OFF FOAMING CLEANSER
I am trying to finish off another cleaner and have not yet tried this product. But I have read some really good reviews about this particular product.

CLINIQUE HIGH IMPACT MASCARA
This is by far the BEST mascara I have ever used in the entirety of my life. It makes my lashes look long and natural. Absolutely no clumping and it is long lasting!! I just love it.

Let me know some of your favourite Clinique products!!
